Great to meet you!

"As a Mental Health Counselor, I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and collaborative, tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, or life transitions, I use evidence-based techniques to support healing and personal growth. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel respected, validated, and encouraged every step of the way."

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I incorporate psychoeducation throughout our work together to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—because I believe that knowledge empowers change. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore, learn, and grow at your own pace. Together, we’ll build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and developing healthier ways of thinking and relating to others. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and behaviors through psychoeducation, and learn strategies you can apply in daily life. My goal is to help you feel more confident, balanced, and connected to your personal values and goals.
