Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 16 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and psychiatric nursing and two years as a PMHNP. I earned my BSN from Salem State University, followed by an MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from MCPHS University, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Rivier University. Driven by my passion for accessible, high-quality mental health care, I founded Sango Behavioral & Home Health Services to break barriers in mental health treatment and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and sleep disorders, offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans via telehealth and in-person services. I aim to expand mental health equity, advocate for policy reform, and mentor future mental health professionals. I am committed to empowering individuals on their mental health journey, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and equipped to achieve lasting well-being.

While I don’t provide therapy, I specialize in prescribing and managing psychiatric medications tailored to each client's unique needs. I work closely with clients to assess symptoms, determine effective medications, and monitor progress over time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away several key benefits from sessions with me based on my compassionate approach and expertise:
