Hi, I’m Missy, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Lake City, Florida. I bring over 19 years of nursing experience, with a strong focus on supporting the mental health needs of adults and older adults. I am mindful of minimizing polypharmacy, prescribing the lowest effective dose of psychotropic medications, and focusing on quality, evidence-based care that supports long-term wellness.

The first session is about getting to know you as a person and meeting you right where you are. Initial evaluations are comprehensive discussing your medical and psychiatric health history including medications and lifestyle choices.
