I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. A diverse academic, professional and personal background has allowed me to develop a unique skill set and approach to therapy. My role as a counselor is one in which I walk with you throughout a process of identifying, understanding, and learning ways to manage the situations and issues that present in your life. It would be an honor to work with you.
My role in the therapeutic process is to: strive towards understanding you, your perspective, and situation ask explorative and challenging questions to help understand your situation and goals support and empower you through your healing process.
I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard and respected. I focus on treating the whole person’s mind, body and spirit and provide a supportive, comfortable and conversational environment to foster growth. I am passionate about encouraging others and helping them discover opportunities for growth and gaining HOPE in every situation.
