Great to meet you!

Hey there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in addictions and trauma. I work with clients navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together. I also personally understand how difficult anxiety and life’s challenges can feel, which helps me show up with empathy, honesty, and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to begin making meaningful change at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, nonjudgmental, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be tailored to the person in front of me, because everyone’s story, goals, and healing process are different. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. In session, this may look like identifying thought patterns that fuel anxiety or depression, building coping skills for stress and emotional regulation, processing trauma safely, strengthening motivation in recovery, and recognizing the strengths you already carry. I provide a laid-back, empathetic, and empowering environment, and a great sense of humor is always welcome.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what stressors or challenges are interfering with the quality of your life and what you hope will feel different moving forward. We may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, or patterns that have been hard to break. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and creating a direction for therapy that feels realistic and supportive. You are in the driver’s seat, and I am here to help hold the map, offer tools, and support you as you move toward healing, confidence, and change.
