Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and supported in our work together—and that’s exactly my goal. My passion for helping others is rooted in both personal experiences and a deep understanding of how mental health affects every part of our lives. I hold a Master's in Addictions and Mental Health and have extensive experience working in addiction recovery, harm reduction, and mental health settings.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral concerns, and substance use. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach and tailor interventions to meet each person where they are—whether that’s through brief therapy or long-term support. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, and the skills to move forward with confidence. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR AVAILABILITY*CALENDAR IS NOT ACCURATE

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction strategies, depending on what best supports your goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, addiction, grief, or relationship issues, we'll work together to build on your strengths and move toward healing at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in everyday life. My goal is to help you gain deeper self-awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthy coping strategies that support long-term growth. Whether you're working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, or life transitions, you'll leave each session with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence that change is possible.
