Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for your consideration! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana and also board certified by The National Board for Certified Counselors. I love the work that I do and am passionate about joining with individuals to address their concerns.I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD , ADHD and trauma/emotional abuse.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach to counseling is Person Centered Therapy which allows me to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success. In order for progress to be made, you must feel comfortable and safe; that is truly my goal in each contact. I respect the belief that you are the expert on you. It takes courage to seek a happier and more fulfilling life and you are taking that step. I look forward to joining you.
