Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people take a proactive approach to their mental health and achieve true wellness.

I earned my masters degree from Howard University School of Social Work and have experience working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents across various settings, including nonprofits, child welfare, foster care, criminal justice, schools, and direct therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational and collaborative approach where we work together to address unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and grief. There is no one-size-fits-all method, so I tailor each session to your unique needs by integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, boundary work, and creative interventions to support your healing journey.

I want therapy to feel comfortable, natural, and engaging like talking to someone you trust but with the skills to guide you toward growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about building trust, exploring what is bringing you to therapy, and identifying the best way forward together. I work best with clients who are ready to reflect, take action, and step into their personal growth.

I am especially passionate about providing a safe and affirming space for people of color and those navigating intersectional and marginalized identities.
