Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Misuk (pronounced mee-sook), a licensed and board-certified art therapist. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship or family challenges, and self-esteem concerns. As an Asian American and first-generation immigrant woman, I have personally encountered many of these experiences. As a clinician, I’m deeply committed to supporting others through similar struggles. With compassion and an awareness of cultural nuances, I’m here to support you in gaining clarity and moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates talk therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art therapy, and mindfulness while honoring your innate capacity to grow and heal. When words feel limited, creative expression can externalize emotions and bring insight. Together, these approaches can deepen self-understanding, soften self-criticism, and support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to explore your goals, shift unhelpful patterns, and build on your strengths. My aim is to support a more authentic, balanced life.
