Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping client's restory their story - to understand how they got where they are and how to move towards functional wellness. I have 33 years of clinical experience working with clients, collaborating with them to find solutions that are realistic and relevant. I have worked with many topics including grief and loss, relational difficulties, complex trauma, conflict resolution, addictions, mood disorders, panic, and adjustment. I look forward to working with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in addictions, grief and loss, emotional and psychological pain, relational conflict resolution, adjustment disorder, and complex trauma/PTSD. I am client centered - I like to see clients working on issues so they can see real progress in real time.

What you can expect from our first session

My intention is to create an empowering, safe space where the client can voice their struggles and difficulties, and develop a menu of options for how to address those concerns. The client's time is valuable; I am intentionally goal oriented. The client can expect for us to come up with three or four key goals that we will work on together. They have to be attainable goals that you can accomplish.
