Mitarho offers comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and brief psychotherapy using a nonjudgemental approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm excited about people becoming more open to discussing their struggles with mental illness without shame or feelings of embarrassment, thereby decreasing societal stigma. I have a direct open way of interacting with people to better appreciate the humanness of others and treat them with the dignity they deserve.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should expect a better understanding of their illness, how to cope with it and empowered to live a comfortable quality of life.
