Great to meet you!

I became a therapist to help people suffer less and grow more. I have 15 years of experience in private practice, a mental health jail and a high-needs public clinic. I have led therapy groups focusing on childhood trauma, men's groups, feeling safe in love, attachment, codependence and spirituality. I was awarded Employee of the Year for LA County's Department of Mental Health. I supervise developing therapists and provide trainings on best clinical practices through public speaking and professional development.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a journey that frees you from your pain by honoring it. To leave your pain, you must first enter it. Our goal is not to get you back to who you were before your issues began, but to integrate the lessons life is offering you. I connect with every patient without judgment while saying the said to help you live the unlived.

What you can expect from me

Please contact me to schedule an initial session or consult. We can discuss your life, patterns, trauma, dream interpretation, or what you and your life want from each other. I do best helping people to become conscious of their patterns, and in so doing, change them.
