Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in mental health and co-occurring treatment, and I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm excited to meet you there and work together to make life feel more meaningful, fulfilling, and a little less heavy.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in numerous evidence-based approaches, including trauma-focused and mindfulness-based methods, but more importantly, I treat you as a whole person first. Together, we'll set goals and figure out the best path forward. That might include compassion, a little homework, and occasionally some gentle challenges. I believe open communication is key, and I'm committed to building a space where you feel safe enough to grow.

What you can expect from me

I like to describe myself as "professionally goofy". I believe in making sure you feel safe and that we genuinely click before diving into any deep work. In our first session, we'll go through some background questions, but I also want to know who you are outside of everything you've been through, because you are so much more than your struggles. From there, we'll build trust, develop skills tied to your goals, and start to thoughtfully explore what you want to work on.
