Hello! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing therapy. I work with adults of all ages and treat various concerns, though I would say my strengths lie in assisting with anxiety disorders, depression, and video game addiction/prblematic video game behaviors.
I approach therapy as a collaborative endeavor. My role is to assist you in accomplishing your goals and in assisting with achieving a fulfilling life, whatever that may look like for you specifically.
The first session is all about getting to know you better. Initially, I try to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible as we work to understand the nature of the concern(s) at hand and background/historical information.
