Great to meet you!

I am also known as Dr. Mitch. Psychotherapy is my second career and one I am very passionate about. I became credentialed with different insurers so I can be available to many that cannot afford to work as a private pay patient. I am in a wonderful committed marriage and have two adult sons. My book "A Social Psychology Prescription for Fixing Our Taxes" is soon to be published. I am working on two more, one about using constitutional psychology in selling and the other about obesity.

My approach to therapy

I work with a wide range of issues providing services from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs to help attain your personal growth and well-being. My approach is eclectic, meeting you where you are. I provide unconditional positive regard, knowing that we are all just "Bozo's on the bus" doing the best we can.

What you can expect from me

Over time, clients can expect to learn about their own authentic self and how to spend more time operating from that self rather than from overactive, inhibiting, protective parts that are causing problems in the way in which they relate to life and others.
