I try my best to use a warm, collaborative, and grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed lens to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment.
I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic techniques, Acceptance and Commitment based techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to support healing and lasting change. I also draw on family systems and mind-body work when helpful, tailoring each session to meet your individual needs.
