Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over five years of experience supporting individuals across their lifespan—from toddlers to adults—through emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and life’s many transitions. Whether you’re facing stress, depression, trauma, self-doubt, low self-esteem, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help.

My educational journey began at Florida International University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. I continued my professional training at Barry University, obtaining a master’s in social work. These academic foundations and years of hands-on clinical experience have shaped my passion for delivering thoughtful, evidence-based, and client-centered care.

I strive to cultivate a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where true healing can begin. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, build resilience, and shift the focus from “what’s wrong with you” to understanding what’s happened to you.

Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose in your life.

“I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I am changing the things I cannot accept.” – Angela Davis

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate evidence-based interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful and sustainable growth. My goal is not just to help you find relief, but to guide you toward becoming the most whole, confident, and resilient version of yourself.

Every session is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering. Whether we’re unpacking past experiences or building tools for everyday life, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping you heal and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and genuine collaboration. I walk alongside you as we explore how past experiences—especially trauma—have shaped your story. At the same time, we’ll tap into your inner strengths and build on them through empowerment and self-discovery. Together, we’ll quiet the noise of doubt and fear, uncover the deeper emotions beneath the surface, and shape a path forward that feels true to who you are. My goal isn’t just to support your healing, but to help you grow into a version of yourself that feels whole, confident, and resilient.
