Great to meet you!

I hold a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and am a certified Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience working with immigrants and underserved communities in roles including case manager and AMFT.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I work with adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My work also includes supporting individuals navigating cultural and immigration-related experiences. Together, we explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools to help you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and identify what you hope to achieve. I’ll answer questions you may have and create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. From there, we’ll work together to develop an approach that feels right for you and begin your therapeutic journey together.
