I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare and advanced nursing experience. I take a holistic approach to care that recognizes the connection between mental and physical health. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other mental health concerns. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and personalized, with a focus on helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and actively involved in their care.

I take time to understand each person's mental health history, lifestyle, and individual needs in order to develop a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan.
