Great to meet you!

It is my priviledge to work with you. As a board licensed clinical social worker and chemical dependency counselor intern I value mental health. Congratulations on being brave enough to seek help. I have been practicing for 10 years mainly focused on military Veterans.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very open-minded. I believe we collaborate together to develop the best solution to resolve your concers and bring you change. We are mutally respectful in our partnership and have open, effective communication. I will challenge, validate, and support you along the journey.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an initial session to allow you to share the details of your story and to allow you to obtain a sense of who I am. This session allows me to find out what your goals for treatment look like. The remaining sessions will be geared towards achieving those goals. I strive to establish a welcoming, friendly, judgement free environment where you feel comfortable opening up and sharing.
