Great to meet you!

Offering a strength-based, trauma-informed, creative approach to therapy, I welcome and honor my clients' diverse spectrum of differences. With 15 years of clinical experience in medical and mental health settings, the public school system, and private practice, I am always excited to learn new and innovative ways to grow and heal. I am passionate about my work and find great joy in assisting and watching people learn to deeply and authentically care for themselves and each other.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Operating from an intersectional feminist perspective, I am acutely aware of the impact that specified gender roles, race, class and age have on our psyche. I respect and welcome my clients’ diverse spectrum of differences, and specialize in serving the LGBTQAI+ community.

What you can expect from our first session

I hold the deeply held belief that you have the innate wisdom to heal yourself. My role is to assist you in identifying your unique strengths and provide support and guidance on your path. In collaboration, we will uncover the unconscious and conscious thoughts and beliefs you hold that may be contributing to dis-ease.
