Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor, serving adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I have a focus on trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor who provides training for interns and associate-level therapists. I received my doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. I served over 20 years in the US Air Force and learned so much about different races, ethnicities, and cultures.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has their own unique story, as life events have varying impacts on individuals. There is no cookie-cutter approach to treating trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, etc.; therefore, her approach with each client is tailored to the client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

If you are looking to manage or resolve distressing symptoms, negative behaviors, or seeking to develop the cognitive behavioral skills that can help you maximize your full potential, I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey.
