Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan—from newborns just two weeks old to older adults. My work has spanned a wide range of treatment settings, including outpatient and residential substance abuse programs, church counseling centers, private clinics, community mental health centers, homeless shelters, hospital emergency departments, and primary care clinics.

I believe healing begins with connection. It would be my honor to walk alongside you on your journey—offering support, compassion, and guidance as you move forward and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client. My practice is rooted in culturally affirming care and strengths-based principles, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel seen heard, and valued.

I believe that every person holds innate resilience and the capacity to heal and grow. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into those strengths as you navigate your journey toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

I hope my future clients feel empowered to move forward—toward new possibilities, meaningful solutions, a renewed sense of purpose, and lasting happiness.
