Great to meet you!

I believe prioritizing your mental health is essential to overall wellbeing. Life can feel heavy at times, and seeking support can be both hopeful and a little daunting. I’m glad you’ve taken this first step. Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I bring a background in music therapy and somatic sound therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, embodiment, and the mind-body connection.I specialize in supporting adults who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or at a crossroads and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.

My approach to therapy

Once we decide to work together, we’ll move forward as partners in your therapeutic journey. Open communication and mutual respect are central to our work. I’m here to listen, gently challenge, and support you along the way. My approach is trauma- and somatic-informed, mindfulness-based, and attachment-focused, and I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe lasting change happens when we connect mind, body, and spirit, helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and whole.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you’ll have space to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin to clarify what feels most important to you. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe, supported, and comfortable being vulnerable. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively in future sessions to help turn these goals into meaningful change.
