Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with 12+ years of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity, and life transitions. My background in clinical practice, music therapy, and somatic practices informs a culturally attuned, integrative approach that honors the whole person.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and make room for what matters most to you. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and openness, honoring your experiences while supporting you in finding greater clarity and connection. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful to you. My approach is trauma- and somatic-informed, mindfulness-based, and attachment-focused. I believe lasting change involves caring for the whole person, including the ways our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, and life experiences intersect. Together, we’ll cultivate greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of groundedness and connection. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping for, and begin identifying the areas you’d like to focus on. I’ll listen for the patterns, strengths, and concerns that can help guide our work. As therapy unfolds, I’ll offer thoughtful reflection, practical tools, and support tailored to your needs, while regularly checking in about what feels helpful and where you’d like to go next. My goal is for therapy to be a meaningful process that supports both insight and lasting change.
