Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in healthcare since 2010 and specialized training in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, depression, and substance use. My goal is to create a space where you feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with emotional safety. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed, balancing compassion with gentle accountability. Together, we'll explore how past experiences may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while building practical tools that support lasting growth. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the healing process. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I will meet you where you are, celebrate your progress, and support you through the challenges that come with growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
