And together we can address any mood disorder, which has been emotionally draining and physically painful for you.

Being that each person is different with their own specific needs, I can not advise which approach(es) we will use without knowing more about you. There are numerous therapeutic treatment approaches that we can use alone or in combination, to address resolving your past or current challenges which we will work on together.

By engaging in therapy, you will learn more about yourself and why you may be triggered and/or responding to various situations the way you do. Our sessions will involve hard work with ups and downs, tears and some laughter, but healing with emotional growth and transformation be gained. The goal is about your self-determined destination and by learning healthy and effective coping skills that will assist you in navigating your life with more understanding and a smoother journey.
