Great to meet you!

Early in my own journey, a mentor taught me a lesson that changed my life: true growth happens when we stop looking at everyone else and finally have the courage to look in the mirror. That shift is where real freedom begins, and it’s exactly what I want to help you achieve. My goal is to create a safe, judgement free space where you can bring your most authentic self. While I warmly welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, my primary passion lies in supporting African American youth and young adults as they navigate early life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to offer you immense grace, but I’m also here to hold you accountable. We will celebrate your steps forward and gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, strength-based perspective and others, I tailor every session to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

If you are ready to take back control of your life and experience genuine healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Above all, I am a therapist who truly sees you, hears you, and believes in your potential. Let’s connect.
