I am a doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-C) and an experienced board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based personalized care to individuals seeking support with mental health and/or weight management. With a focus on creating a safe and validating space, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel truly heard and understood.

With a background in education, family medicine, and psychiatric mental health, I use a person-centered, holistic approach to empower clients to explore their emotions, uncover patterns, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, the aim is to leave clients feeling aware, centered, supported and affirmed. I combine therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of psychiatric care to foster healing and resilience, guiding clients toward lasting personal growth. I am committed to making each individual feel valued, supported, and equipped to lead a fulfilling life.

I partner with patients to provide individualized treatment plans that aligns with my patients' unique goals/desired outcomes. Patients are provided with opportunities to learn about their diagnoses, and choose their treatment options as we work together to reach their desired health and wellness goals.
