Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing structured, practical care for adolescents and adults. I completed advanced graduate training as a PMHNP and am board-certified in psychiatric-mental health care, with a focus on diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and high levels of stress. I have a particular interest in helping working professionals, students, and people in high-demand roles who feel overwhelmed, mentally drained, or stuck despite continuing to push forward.

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and focused on real-life improvement. I emphasize clear diagnosis, thoughtful medication management, and practical strategies that support focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and build a plan that is realistic, effective, and sustainable.

I strive to create a respectful, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard while also benefiting from a structured, goal-oriented process. Care is personalized, with ongoing adjustments based on your progress and response, so you can move forward with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is structured, collaborative, and focused on real-life results. I work with you to clearly understand your symptoms, goals, and what is getting in the way of functioning day to day. From there, we build a practical, personalized plan that may include medication management and supportive strategies.

Care is goal-oriented and adjusted over time based on your progress. I prioritize clarity, consistency, and open communication so you always understand what we’re doing and why. The focus is not just symptom relief, but helping you think more clearly, feel more stable, and function more consistently in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we focus on understanding what’s been going on and what brought you in. I’ll ask about your current symptoms, history, and how things are impacting your day-to-day life, while also giving you space to share what feels most important.

We’ll work together to clarify your goals and begin outlining a plan that fits your needs. This may include discussing treatment options such as medication, supportive strategies, or next steps.

By the end of the session, you should have a clearer understanding of what’s going on and a sense of direction for how we’ll move forward.
