I embrace treatment using a client-centered, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed application; using a holistic lens to cultivate an individual's physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. I bring a warm, compassionate energy that is collaborative and strength-based. I earned a MSW degree from Springfield College in 2009 and graduated from Westfield State University in 2002 with a BA degree in Social Work.

My approach to therapy

My training and experience integrates a variety of modalities; Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT)-informed, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Family Systems and Mindfulness practices to support an individuals needs and goals. I provide support and guidance to anyone struggling with life-cycle transitions, trauma, addiction, gender identity, grief/loss, mood disorders and other challenges that life may bring.
