Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy should be a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. My background includes trauma-informed mental health care and working with children, adolescents, and individuals navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges.

I approach each client with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy. My goal is to create a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful growth and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered around your individual needs and goals. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences while also developing practical tools that can support you outside of our sessions.

I incorporate techniques such as Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and find their own motivation for change. Together, we can explore patterns, work through challenges, and develop strategies that support greater emotional well-being and lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is primarily about getting to know one another and understanding what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you have been experiencing, relevant parts of your history, what is most important to you right now, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet. We will begin identifying your goals together and discuss what our work might look like moving forward. My priority is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the process.
