Great to meet you!

If you’ve felt unseen, misunderstood, or torn between belonging and authenticity, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll explore your story, build self-acceptance, and better understand the patterns and experiences that have shaped you. Our work will be guided by your goals, your pace, and what healing looks like for you, creating a path toward greater connection, empowerment, and inner peace. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and accepted. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed, with our work shaped by your goals, your pace, and what healing looks like for you. I integrate Brainspotting, Parts & Memory Work, inner child work, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, and CBT to help you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and navigate life with greater clarity and resilience. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you while building toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what you want healing to look like for you. You won’t be expected to share everything right away, we’ll move at your pace and focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. By the end of our session, we’ll begin identifying goals and a path forward that feels meaningful to you.
