Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life changes. You don't have to face it alone. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a personal trainer, where I learned that meaningful change comes through patience, consistency, and support. I bring that same philosophy into therapy.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and professionals, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My style is collaborative, practical, and genuine—I believe therapy can include humor, even while doing the hard work that leads to growth.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're ready to begin therapy or simply exploring your options, I'd be honored to help you take the next step. The first session will consist of a biopsychosocial assessment to learn about your history and develop rapport in order to start the therapeutic relationship.
