Great to meet you!

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and feeling stuck or disconnected despite outward success. I’m especially a good fit for individuals who have done therapy before but are looking for a deeper, more meaningful approach.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience across clinical, behavioral health, and wellness settings. My background includes inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, applied behavior analysis, and virtual care, which allows me to understand clients from multiple levels of support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems, while also taking a holistic view of each person’s experience. I focus on helping clients move beyond surface-level coping and into deeper emotional awareness, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

Our work together explores patterns, underlying dynamics, and the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behavior, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, clear, and aligned in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your experiences, patterns, and current challenges, while making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

This is your space, and your process. My role is to support you, offer perspective, and help guide the work in a way that feels meaningful and aligned for you. We’ll begin identifying initial goals and what a helpful therapy process could look like moving forward.
