Great to meet you!

If depression, anxiety, "overthinking" and past traumas are affecting you and your relationships, please know there is hope, and healing is possible. I offer a warm, respectful, and emotionally safe space where you can explore life's challenges with understanding and compassion.

Drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively with you to help deepen self-understanding, heal from past traumas, strengthen relationships, and navigate changes.

My approach to therapy

Healing and growth begin in a relationship built on trust, safety, and respect. I provide a warm and thoughtful therapeutic environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach integrates neuroscience-informed methods with relational perspectives, supporting meaningful and lasting growth while honoring each person's unique experiences and strengths.

I have extensive experience in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship related problems. Modalities include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self Compassion and mindfulness-based therapies.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time to understand what brought you to therapy and what changes you would like to make. You don't need to come in with a clear vision and well-defined goals; we can work on those together if you prefer.
