Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Moji, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps teens and adults find balance, clarity, and relief from anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday stressors.

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free, where you can take a breath and start untangling what’s been weighing on you.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I combine evidence-based psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness with thoughtful, individualized medication management when needed. As a yoga instructor, I also value the connection between body and mind. I often incorporate grounding, breathwork, and gentle awareness techniques that help clients reconnect with their bodies and find calm from within.

Together, we’ll explore not only symptom relief, but also what brings meaning, strength, and resilience into your life. Clients often share that they feel heard, grounded, and empowered after our sessions. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you take steady steps toward healing and growth.

Above all, I believe in your ability to change, heal, and thrive...and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I see our work together as a partnership. Your experiences, values, and goals matter deeply, and they help guide every decision we make about your care. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, using approaches that are grounded in evidence while staying responsive to what feels most helpful and meaningful in your life.

When appropriate, I may integrate medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle strategies, always with your input and comfort in mind. The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more balanced, resilient, and confident as you navigate your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that each session feels meaningful and valuable to you. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, helping you gain practical tools you can use in your daily life while also developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and your goals.

Whether you are working to manage anxiety, strengthen boundaries, navigate a life transition, or address other challenges, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll break obstacles into manageable steps and build skills that align with your unique needs, values, and circumstances.

Most importantly, this is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you develop insights, confidence, and strategies that empower you to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
