Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mollie! As a Jewish American therapist and child of an immigrant, I know firsthand how our unique backgrounds and upbringings shape who we are. At Chamin Ajjan Psychotherapy, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate complex relationships, ethical non-monogamy, sexual issues and trauma recovery. I also have a deep passion for supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, helping you break free from past pain to rewrite your narrative. I am here to be your teammate, providing a safe, inclusive space where you can build a life that feels genuinely yours.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative blend of science, art, and genuine human connection. Working as your teammate, I combine tools like CBT and mindfulness with psychodynamic therapy to help you change old, unhelpful thought patterns. As a sex therapy informed clinician, I offer a welcoming space for couples and individuals exploring intimacy, sexual health, or ethical non-monogamy. I also bring deep expertise to trauma recovery as the facilitator of our practice’s specialized psychotherapy group for women survivors of childhood abuse. Together, we will create a personalized plan packed with laughter, tears, and real growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on creating a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share your story. We will work together to pinpoint what brought you to therapy and set clear, achievable goals for your healing. You can expect to leave our very first meeting with a sense of hope and an initial roadmap for our journey. My goal is for you to walk away feeling truly understood, less self-critical, and equipped with a supportive partner. If you want to see if we are a great fit, please reach out for a consultation call today.
