Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with patients who have experienced trauma and are seeking insight into the origins of their symptoms in order to achieve symptom reduction. These patients, through psychoeducation and deep exploration, come to find that the symptoms are manifestations of unresolved emotion and unexplored inner worlds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach involves using my creative clinical skill set to link present symptoms to past experiences that are keeping patients "stuck." I use a mind-body approach to assist patients in connecting to their higher selves, which can facilitate autonomous healing. Together we will create a personalized, warm, and safe dynamic that in itself allows you to work through developmental blocks just by taking part in the relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

more meaningful lives and deeper understanding of their inner worlds.
