Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families thrive. I believe mental health is essential to our overall well-being and approach therapy with warmth, respect, and curiosity. My work is rooted in the understanding that each person exists within a broader system—family, culture, and community—which all play a role in shaping our experiences. I collaborate closely with clients to strengthen relationships, foster emotional resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together toward your goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you access that inner knowledge through support, thoughtful reflection, and, when needed, gentle challenge. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with a consultation phone call, to briefly discuss therapy goals and determine if I am the right therapist for you. If we agree to work together, during the first session, we will begin unraveling your story, at the speed that works for you. We will clarify therapy goals to make sure we are working towards what is important for you. Ongoing sessions will always be working towards your goals, with room to navigate the surprises of life. You are always in control of what is discussed in sessions.
