Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works primarily with adolescents and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients with women’s health concerns and neurodivergence. With specialized training in working with adolescents, I understand the unique pressures and experiences that come with this stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and highly individualized. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper self-understanding, or simply a place to process what you’re going through, we’ll work collaboratively to find what works best for you.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating—healing can happen in a space that is comfortable, engaging, and even fun at times. By building a strong, genuine connection, I aim to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, any goals you may have, and a bit about your background and current challenges. I’ll also share how I work and answer any questions you have so you can feel comfortable moving forward.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is a relaxed, supportive space where you can go at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, build a genuine connection, and start creating a plan that feels right for you.
