Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor. I received my master's degree from Naropa University in clinical mental health counseling. I specialize treatment for substance use disorders and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I work with with persons who struggle with substance use, process addictions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, shame, lack of confidence, and trauma. I believe that each person has the innate ability to heal and my approach includes a strengths based lens, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, humor, and compassion.
