Great to meet you!

As a survivor of family addiction, domestic violence, and generational trauma myself, I bring an authentic, compassionate, and deeply empathetic perspective to my work. I know how difficult it can be to open up about what you've been through when you have likely mastered holding it all in just to survive and I also know what it's like to break out of survival mode, to claim authenticity, and gain a deeper appreciation for human resilience.

My approach to therapy

I draw from my personal journey and specialized training in trauma informed and mindfulness-based approaches to support those looking for deep emotional transformation and increased self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I might be a good fit for You if

  1. You grew up in an environment where you had to shrink and mask your emotions in order to get by.
  2. You became an overachiever, people please, or fixer as a way to survive in disfunction.
  3. You are ready to step into a more authentic and compassionate version of yourself that is regulated and deeply understood.
