Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Molly. It takes courage to make changes in your life, and I'm here to support you on this journey. You are at a turning point, taking a step in a positive direction, and that’s something to be proud of. Often, when we find ourselves at the doorstep of a therapist, we know things need to change, but we might not know how to change them or where to start. My approach to therapy is a bit different. I like to focus on the totality of why you have come to therapy. We tend to seek out a therapist when something or someone has triggered us and shaken our foundation. The question is, what's the trigger? What's happening?

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy with existential therapy. I believe that meaning and purpose are the greatest gifts when it comes to emotional well-being, and the outcome can be deeply rewarding. To get where we need to go, we will have to peel back the layers to understand the depth of our struggles and address the outcomes we would like to see for ourselves. I believe that we cannot truly heal and grow if we do not address the original source of pain. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, and attachment trauma, but I also work with a variety of other mental health issues.

My goal is to help you realize that you are in control of your life. Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. I will therapeutically challenge your thought process to better help you understand the core of who you are. This process may not be easy, and it may not always feel comfortable, but it will be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling if you stay the course.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Master Addictions Counselor (MAC) and a Certified Trauma Specialist. Currently, I only provide telehealth services, which means we can connect from the comfort of your own space.

I look forward to working with you on your journey. Let's take this step together.
