Great to meet you!

I try my best to be a supportive therapist who believes deeply in the strength and resilience of my clients. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and validated. With warmth and genuine care, it is my hope that my clients are able to navigate life’s challenges and discover the confidence and clarity within themselves to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a person-centered one. I deeply believe that every client is different and therefore my approach is not a 'one size fits all'. We work together to further uncover your individual strengths, as well as your needs, to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and what what you'd like to work on (which may change session to session and that's ok!)

What you can expect from me

Let's face it, you don't know me from Adam, (and I'm well aware of that), so I typically use the first few sessions as an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for us to lay the groundwork on what goals you have and what you would like to get out of your therapy sessions. As we continue to work together, I will ask some challenging questions or ask you to elaborate, however, I am always respectful of one's boundaries and do my best to meet my clients where they are at emotionally.
