Great to meet you!

I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to find your balance. I believe that meaningful therapy should be based on a collaboration between client and therapist with the intention of helping one discover their most authentic self through exploration of inner resources and innate wisdom.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on developmental and relational trauma, anxiety and depression. In our work together I may draw from a range of approaches including somatic experiencing, mindfulness meditation, CBT, and expressive arts exercises.

What you can expect from me

My intention when working with folks is to facilitate moving away from behavioral and interpersonal patterns that hinder self-compassion. My hope is that you will walk away from our first session feeling seen and empowered.
