Great to meet you!

We all have life experiences that can be adventuresome or isolating. Having an open-minded approach to mental health allows us to create acceptance and self-love as first aid to traumatic experiences and managing feelings that can be overwhelming. Experiencing confusion is not a character defect as we take the struggle out of anxiety and stress and relax for a period of time during therapy sessions. Learning to practice progess and not perfection support us in our life plan of seeking happiness and even serenityas we create realistic goals for our well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is listening and learning what each individual clients seeks in their own lives and as a therapist I support communication goals with a variety of tools that can be individualized and valued by person seeking therapy.

What you can expect from me

My wish is that you walk toward ease and resolve, making a better life for your self. A client centered plan supports your needs and wants and addresses personal areas of concern so you can feel safe with sadness. anxiety, jealousy and anger. We create goals, look forward to each day as we explore more of what we want out of life. Use your own personal knowledge that is intuitive, heart-opening and make your time worth your time.
