My approach to therapy

Change is never easy but learning about yourself and how you handle challenges and stress can lead to enhancing your emotional capacity and help create a more satisfying life.

My goal is to establish a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe exploring life's challenges. My approach is thoughtful and direct.
