I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with two years of experience in outpatient care. I work with patients of all ages and have a special interest in supporting those managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and focused on medication management as a tool to help improve daily functioning and overall quality of life. I believe in building a trusting, open relationship where you feel comfortable discussing your goals and challenges. Together, we’ll find a treatment plan that works for you.
