Great to meet you!

I have worked with all ages and most populations of people. I recently started focusing on clients with Borderline Personality Disorder, but have a history and training with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, stress, and emotional-behavioral issues.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered orientation. This is your life, not mine--- you are the expert! I utilize interventions and support to provide insight into struggles and provide solution focused ways to improve them. I utilize CBT, DBT and creative/expression type interventions while always using a trauma focused lens.

What you can expect from me

In the past clients has shared that my warm approach helps them feel comfortable taking on challenging things, but my expertise in mental health has them walking away successful and empowered. That is my only goal for clients--- that they walk away proud, confident and capable.
