Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy

Specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood transitions, I create a safe space for women to explore their emotions and experiences. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, ensuring that the approach and techniques used align with your goals and comfort level. Using talk therapy, art therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and navigate life’s changes with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you are in control of your therapy sessions and can choose what we focus on. I’m here to guide you if that feels overwhelming, but I believe therapy is most effective when we work on what matters to you, in a way that feels productive for you. This might include art therapy one week, talk therapy the next, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy another week—whatever best supports your growth and healing.
